I’m Rob—founder of RightFit Coaching.

I used to be a professional rugby player. I’ve trained at elite levels, torn my ACL, rebuilt from scratch, and played at the top of the UK leagues. Then I left the game, got out of shape during the pandemic, and ballooned to 110kg.

I’ve been through the frustration, the burnout, the false starts. I’ve worked a full-time desk job while trying to stay consistent with training and nutrition. I’ve had to rebuild not just my body—but my habits and mindset too.

Now, I coach people who want to take back control—without having to give up everything they enjoy to do it.

This isn’t about chasing perfection.
It’s about building a lifestyle that fits, lasts, and actually works.
